FREE MEMBERSHIP
There is no need to cancel a free account, as no personal information has been given to us! If you wish to stop playing at SqwishLand.com (although it would make us very sad to see you leave…) you can simply stop logging in. You are not at risk of losing any private information at all, and remain completely safe!
PAID MEMBERSHIP VIA PAYPAL
If you have a Premium Plus or SqwishClub membership on your account that is paid for through PayPal, you will be billed automatically each month even if you do not log in – to cancel this billing, you must log into your own PayPal account and indicate that you wish to stop sending payment to SqwishLand. Once you do so, you should no longer be billed for your membership, but will lose your membership when it runs out at the next billing cycle!
PAID MEMBERSHIP VIA CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
If you have a Premium Plus or SqwishClub membership on your account that is paid for with a credit or debit card, please email us directly at [email protected], requesting that we stop payment on your card. Please be aware that you will need to provide the name of the cardholder, along with a bit of additional information in order to verify the transaction.
